Assistant Manager, Media Capability Development

Location: Near Labrador Park MRT

Salary: Up to $3,450

Contract: 10 months

About the Role:

Join the team to drive initiatives in Media Tech — from Virtual Production to Generative AI — aimed at upskilling industry professionals and enhancing content innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development of Media Tech programmes by engaging industry stakeholders, conducting surveys, and gathering insights.
  • Lead research and data analysis to identify emerging technologies that strengthen media service offerings and content IPs.
  • Review project outcomes to extract insights and improve future programme design.
  • Manage partnerships and projects, including contracts, funding, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare submissions and proposals with recommendations for senior management approval.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience, preferably in the media or digital industry (social, immersive, or AI projects).
  • Strong PowerPoint and communication skills (written and presentation).
