Job Description

Are you looking for a meaningful opportunity focused on improvement activities in a manufacturing environment? Emerson has a great opportunity for you We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to resolve equipment issues and perform maintenance works.

Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment and facility maintenance such as PM/CM/AM.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to fix equipment issues promptly and work on improvement activities to reduce failures.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and EHS team for efficient project execution, meeting production requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Manage tool utilization, spare parts, and drive equipment improvements.
  • Work with EA, engineers, vendors, and contractors on contract services and projects.
  • Implement rework processes for production failures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, varying with project needs or business goals.
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance, including PPE usage, report unsafe conditions, and suggest safety improvements.
Qualifications

Who You Are: You prioritize tasks, set ambitious goals, balance planning with action, and are creative in your approach.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in equipment installation with troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
  • Support for weekend or shift work as needed.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher NITEC/NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics.
