Job Title: Manufacturing Process Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring continuous productivity and efficiency.

The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining braiding and extrusion molding machines, including ancillary equipment. This includes responding to machine alarms in a timely manner, performing routine maintenance tasks, and updating spare parts lists as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and operation of braiding and extrusion molding machines
  • Maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Responsible for maintaining shop floor cleanliness (5S) and adhering to safety and housekeeping standards
  • Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as scheduled or as needed
Requirements:
  • ITE/NITEC or Form 3 and above
  • Minimum 1-year hands-on working experience in extrusion / braiding / molding in high volume manufacturing plant
  • Experience in handling & troubleshooting of extrusion / braiding / molding or similar machines preferred
  • Basic computer skill in Excel or Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
