  • Manage full-cycle recruitment engagements with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Serve as a market thought leader, advising hiring managers and senior leaders on talent landscape trends
  • Leverage talent market insights and data to proactively build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Use broad market knowledge and creative networking to source and engage qualified candidates
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support campus recruitment efforts
  • Provide expertise on internal recruitment processes and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support organizational goals
skills and experience required
  • Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Preferably at least 4 years of experience in relevant TA roles, ideally in-house experience, within an MNC
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations
  • Regional recruitment experience would be advantageous but not a requirement

  • Budget $6,000 to $8,000/month depending on work experience
  • Office location: Central-West, Singapore
  • 1 year contract + 1 month completion bonus
  • Hybrid working: 4 days on-site, 1 day work from home
