Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advisor/Consultant to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise to support the continued growth of World Tea House. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tea, sustainability, and international brand development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on global tea sourcing, supplier relations, and sustainability best practices.
  • Provide insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and product positioning.
  • Support strategic planning for regional and international expansion.
  • Recommend improvements in operations, logistics, and customer experience.
  • Mentor internal teams on brand development and marketing strategy.
  • Facilitate industry connections and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 5年以上茶业、餐饮或零售顾问相关经验。

  • 优秀的沟通、分析及问题解决能力。
  • 对茶与可持续经营充满热情。
任职要求
  • Over 5 years of experience in the tea industry, F&B, or retail consulting.
  • Strong understanding of tea culture and supply chain dynamics.
  • Proven success in strategic growth or brand consulting.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Genuine passion for tea and sustainable business.
Compensation & Terms
  • Flexible consulting agreement (hourly or project-based).
