Position: Technical Proposals & Solutions Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Technical Proposals & Solutions Specialist to support the development of tender submissions, coordinate with internal and external partners, and contribute to solution design discussions. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and able to translate technical information into clear and compelling proposal documentation.


Key Responsibilities

1. Tender & Proposal Development

  • Prepare, draft, and compile tender proposals, ensuring all requirements and compliance criteria are met.
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and partners to produce complete and timely submissions.
  • Develop proposal structures, write sections, and refine content to present clear and competitive solutions.

2. Technical Solution Collaboration

  • Work closely with partners, vendors, and technical teams to understand solution requirements and capabilities.
  • Review and interpret technical documents, product specifications, and solution designs for tender alignment.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to strengthen proposed solutions.

3. Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Manage documentation, schedules, and communication related to project proposals and solution development.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and deliverables among diverse stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and organized records of proposal materials and partner information.

4. Technical Understanding & Analysis

  • Interpret network diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and other technical drawings to support solution planning.
  • Identify key technical components and dependencies to ensure proposals reflect feasible and well-integrated solutions.

5. Innovation & Initiative

  • Proactively propose ideas to enhance proposal quality, improve internal processes, and strengthen technical offerings.
  • Identify potential gaps in solutions and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Preferably Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
  • Mid-level experience in technical proposals, pre-sales, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of network diagrams, system architectural concepts, and technical documentation.
  • Highly meticulous with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to propose ideas and contribute to solution discussions.

Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract.
