We are on the hunt for a highly-motivated and fun-loving Sales Coordinator for Madame Tussauds Singapore (based in Sentosa).

JOB PURPOSE

  • Support annual site sales & marketing plans, offering insight into key market opportunities.

  • Assist Senior Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia to work with key trade partners to implement sales initiatives to meet site's targets.

  • Provide sales and ticketing admin support such as product creation and implementation, ticket operations issues and familiarisation requests.

  • Manage corporate and school group booking enquiries, and manage key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of tours and experiences.

  • Develop regular trade reporting for the site's sales performance.

Applied Knowledge & Specialist Skills

  • Have a minimum 2 years' experience within Tourism and Travel Trade Industry

  • Ability to manage and influence a large number of stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programmes effectively

  • Proven ability in a B2B sales environment

  • Experience for developing and tracking against a business case

  • Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from

  • Strong interpersonal skills and being able to adapt style to different environment.

  • Budgeting and financial management experience

  • Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for sales acquisition.
