Job Summary: The Transformation Lead will drive and manage strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that align with the company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, project management, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of strategic transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and business priorities.

  • Collaborate with senior executives to define transformation objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.

  • Design and implement effective change management strategies to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational adoption, and cultural alignment.

  • Identify transformation risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Track and report on program performance, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining quality standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance business agility.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and act as a key liaison between business units, support functions, and leadership teams.

  • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking across transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects. Experience in setting-up global business services entity will be a plus.

  • Prior experience in establishing or optimizing a Global Business Services (GBS) model is a strong advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Advanced communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus.

  • Analytical mindset with a strategic perspective and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
