Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Product Manager to lead digital transformation projects and contribute to significant government initiatives.

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Drive product vision and strategy aligned with government digitalisation goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Lead the development of product strategies, including market research and analysis.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  4. Analyse user requirements to inform product design and functionality.
  5. Maintain accurate records of project progress and performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and enterprise-level standards for corporate products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT product management.
  • Experience in cloud and Microsoft Products (related certification is an added advantage).
  • Project/product management related certification (PMP, CITPM, CSM, etc.).
  • Working experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience in low-code platforms.
  • Previous experience in government projects, including familiarity with IM8, procurement processes, and E-services application/system delivery.
