Job Description

·       Ensure required project tasks are smoothly coordinated between discipline engineers, design consultants & project representatives, internal departments and relevant authority agencies in compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

·       Set up the required design deliverables of each project and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.

·       Ensure required engineering documents are timely submitted as planned.

·       Proactively liaise with engineers to develop engineering plans and manage submission schedules as required.

·       Coordinate meeting between discipline engineers and/or clients and accurately conclude a sound action plan based on what has been discussed.

·       Prepare & maintain an engineering cost tracker to record & track all cost associated with engineering activities.

·       Maintain a log of submittals, request for information and potential change orders.

·       Assist procurement team with the necessary technical inputs to facilitate material procurement.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).

· years of total experience in engineering design in Oil & Gas industry/ Petrochemical plant/ Construction Engineering (Candidates with higher experience may be considered for a higher-level positions)

·       Familiarity with engineering standards and codes

·       Strong planning and coordination skills.

·       Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
