Job Description

  • Lead construction design and engineering efforts for solar development projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Serve as the project management team's technical due diligence lead by reviewing and approving technical drawings, specifications, and calculations prior to final engineering approval.
  • Provide technical support during project execution, including troubleshooting and problem-solving of engineering issues.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators using project management software and tools.
  • Help identify and mitigate potential risks affecting project timelines, quality, or costs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — including engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and operations & maintenance (O&M) — to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead preparation and submission of project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely project updates and addressing inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and solar PV technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
