What the role is

You manage administrative and operational support functions for the Cyber National Service (NS) workforce within Defence Cyber Command, ensuring effective deployment and development of NS personnel.

What you will be working on

  • Plan deployment and succession planning of NS Workforce
  • Manage timelines and requirements for NSmen call-ups
  • Conduct post-ICT surveys, prepare summary reports and present the findings via monthly report
  • Address and respond to NSmen queries and feedback
  • Administer awards and recognition
  • Identify eligible servicemen for promotion in a timely manner
  • Monitor Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) participation, Physical Employment Standard (PES) status and health screenings for NSmen
  • Project and plan advancement courses for the NS workforce
  • Work with departments and groups to forecast and manage cohesion events, activities and relating expenses budget

  • Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and being flexible in tackling unexpected challenges
  • Working with multiple stakeholders, and balancing their interests with organisational needs
  • Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for the NS population
  • Liaising with all levels of management

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Human Resource
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and engagement skills
  • Good critical thinking, project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
