Key Responsibilities:
Assist in marinating, seasoning, and prepping ingredients for our signature charcoal-grilled dishes.
Learn to manage charcoal heat, cook food to perfection, and deliver smoky, flavorful meals.
Help maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring top-notch food quality and safety.
Work alongside a fun, energetic crew that supports each other in and out of the kitchen.
Help create a positive, upbeat atmosphere where both staff and customers enjoy the experience.
Take advantage of hands-on training and mentorship to sharpen your skills and level up in your culinary career.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for food and grilling (experience is a plus, but we'll teach you).
Ability to work in a hot, smoky, and high-energy environment.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts.
