Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations including cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, and repair works.
- Interpret engineering drawings and provide clear work instructions to the team.
- Plan manpower allocation and track job progress to meet quality and schedule targets.
- Ensure fabrication meets structural, dimensional, and tolerance requirements.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, welding quality, and workmanship.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend design or process improvements.
- Manage materials, tools, and consumables to ensure availability and cost control.
- Supervise and coach technicians, enforce safety compliance, and maintain workshop housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Company Transport Provided
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication standards, and welding procedures.
- Familiar with workshop tools such as welding machines, grinders, and cutters.
