The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Producer / Senior Producer to join the Singapore team and take ownership of end-to-end event production. In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and deliver integrated campaigns and large-scale events from concept through to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to design seamless experiences.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across strategy, logistics, content, and onsite management.
  • Pitch bold ideas and bring them to life through live activations, digital campaigns, broadcasts, and branded storytelling.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision, while staying agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to growing the Singapore hub.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years' experience or more managing complex live event productions, integrated campaigns, or content projects.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to inspire trust and lead conversations.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
  • Collaborative, approachable, and inclusive—someone who enjoys working with diverse teams and clients.
  • Solid organizational and financial management skills, including budgeting and supplier management.
  • Technical aptitude (experience with G Suite and event platforms a plus).
