As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven Telesales Executives to join our high-energy Business Development team and help us reach new heights.


Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls (database provided) to potential business clients to introduce OOm's digital marketing solutions
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and booking appointments for Business Managers
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call details
  • Support weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Represent OOm with professionalism and enthusiasm during every interaction
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Inside Sales Manager

Requirements
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is preferred

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident, energetic, and highly self-motivated
  • Resilient in handling rejections and maintaining a positive attitude
  • A team player with a proactive and accountable work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B calling, consultative selling, media sales, or digital marketing services
