Telemarketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) daily via phone, chat, and email. Discover sales opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients, driving revenue and ensuring strong customer retention.
• Guide clients in adopting products optimally, helping them understand and use features that deliver maximum value.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support for relevant products, where within your expertise, to ensure high satisfaction.
• Advise clients on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through well-planned digital campaigns and performance optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a related role; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, plus fluency in the Mandarin as this role will be dealing with Mandarin Speaking Clients

• Location: Chai Chee (between Kembangan and Bedok MRT stations)
• Working Hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday (100% Onsite)
• Training: Up to 4 weeks provided
• Compensation: Basic salary plus monthly sales KPI incentives
