We're looking for driven Telesales Specialists to join our high-energy Business Development team. In this role, you'll reach out to potential business clients, introduce them to OOm's solutions, and help set appointments that drive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls (database provided) to potential business clients to introduce OOm's digital marketing solutions.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and booking appointments for Business Managers.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call details.
  • Support weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Represent OOm with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.

  • Resilient and positive, able to handle rejections in a target-driven environment.
  • A proactive team player with accountability and a strong work ethic.
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B calling, consultative selling, media sales, or digital marketing services.
