What You'll Do:

• Support the Chef de Partie in preparing and executing high-quality dishes
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist in daily mise en place and station preparation
• Ensure consistency and quality in every plate
• Work closely with the team to uphold the standards of the kitchen

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
