Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior chefs in preparing and executing dishes to high standards
  • Manage and maintain cleanliness and organisation of your assigned station
  • Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen prep
  • Learn and apply wood-smoking techniques under experienced guidance
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience
  • Solid foundation in cooking methods and kitchen operations
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Interest in smoked or fire-based cooking is a plus
