**Solutions Architect **(APAC)
The **Solutions Architect **is responsible for supporting the Sales Organization with technical knowledge during customer meetings and data center tours. This individual will be an integral part of our growth in the Asia Pacific region and will directly support the in-region sales team and indirectly support the global Solutions Architect team for colocation opportunities in region. This position is **based in Singapore **and reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Discuss infrastructure needs and security requirements with customers and engineers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high-quality solutions, following up after initial contact, scoping orders, requesting build pricing, and arranging any follow up needed.
- Research, develop and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Help post sales activities customers who have problems or need upgrades.
- Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create upgrade sales and provide marketing and product strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to management.
- Set and achieve personal project goals.
- Attend training by other members of the engineering team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

- ** Flexibility to travel on short notice, to include international travel.**:
- Application software skills including some **or** **all of the following: AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
**Experience/Education**
- 4 years of experience in colocation, hosting, facilities, mission-critical construction, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or additional direct applicable experience in lieu of degree.
