Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Sales support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Order management: Create and execute sales and purchase orders for trade transactions, acting as a liaison between sales, principals, and customers.
  • Logistics coordination: Arrange import/export shipments and coordinate local deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient product movement.
  • Inventory control: Prepare inventories for pre-dispatch checks, perform monthly cycle counts, and participate in annual stock counts to maintain accurate records.
  • FIFO & FEFO: Ensure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced based on IMS to prevent discrepancy in the inventory system
  • Problem-solving: Identify and address potential issues raised by sales teams or hospitals, contributing to effective dispute resolution.
  • Quality assurance: Implement Good Distribution Practice and recommend corrective measures for non-conforming products.
  • Documentation: Ensure accuracy of all generated documents and maintain confidential records with utmost care.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain or related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Work experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (e.g., SAP) is highly valued.
  • Soft skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities, with a talent for partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Personal attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented individuals who are self-starters, proactive team players, and critical thinkers will thrive in this role.
