Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Executive in promoting and selling our Telco products and services in a retail environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading telecommunications company and gain valuable sales experience.

  • Successful applicants would be stationed at Causeway Point for training and/or work
  • Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls)
  • As a part-time Retail Sales Executive, you can expect:
  • Competitive hourly pay - $11.50 on weekdays & $13.00 on weekends
  • Flexible work arrangements to accommodate your schedule am - 9.30pm (include 1hr break)
  • A collaborative and friendly team environment

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrating and promoting our Telco products and services
  • Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised retail space
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Flexible availability to work weekends
  • Retail or sales experience is preferred, but not essential
