Finance Executive

We're looking to add a Executive, Finance in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Executive, Finance, you will:

Prepare management reports, maintenance of company's general ledger system, taxation, fixed assets and costing functions for R&D Operations.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Perform / Assist in monthly closing to ensure that it is submitted within the stipulated timeline.
• Perform/ Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and monthly cashflow projection.
• Perform / Assist in credit review and consolidation process.
• Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including payment processing, billings etc.
• Liaise with other regions finance team.
• Provide analysis on all financial numbers to facilitate decision-making process.
• Perform quarterly GST return for submission to tax authority.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare financial statement and tax computation.
• Assign duties to Accounts assistant
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Minimally Diploma / LCCI or equivalent with 3 years of relevant working experience preferably from an accounting firm, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Good written and spoken English and a second language.
• Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
• Meticulous and resourceful, with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
