We’re looking to add a **Executive, Finance (Accounts) **in **Singapore**. The position will be based in our corporate office at Ang Mo Kio.

**As a Executive, Finance (Accounts), you will**:

- Perform / Assist in monthly closing to ensure that it is submitted within the stipulated timeline.
- Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including payment processing, billings etc.
- Perform/ Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Perform monthly cashflow projection.
- Perform / Assist in credit review.
- Liaise with other regions finance team.
- Assist in consolidation process.
- Provide analysis on all financial numbers to facilitate decision-making process.
- Perform quarterly GST return for submission to tax authority.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Prepare financial statement and tax computation.
- Involve in adhoc projects as and when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

**What skills and experiences are we looking for?**
- Minimum Diploma / LCCI or equivalent.
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Assign duties to Accounts assistant
- Review and seek clarification from the respective departments on revenue, expenses, accruals, inventory status, etc.
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably from an accounting firm, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in SAP referred.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Good written and spoken English and a second language.
- Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
- Meticulous and resourceful, with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
