Maersk Crewing is responsible for ensuring that over '300 Maersk vessels' flying various flags are always manned with competent crew while complying with various international regulations and company procedures.
Crewing operations are run out of Mumbai, Singapore, and Copenhagen while supported by Marine People Teams based in Europe, India and the Philippines.
You will contribute as a high-performing member of the team responsible for carrying out assigned operational duties and tasks in the function of crewing operations. You will also drive regular process reviews and improvement in the crew operations process.
