Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and operate end-to-end AI and analytics solutions, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Build high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code using best software engineering practices (version control, unit testing, CI/CD).
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring efficient and secure data integration from diverse sources.
  • Developed intelligent solutions using Python, OpenAI and Model Context Protocol delivering scalable, API-driven AI services for dynamic business use cases (FastAPI, FastMCP)
  • Leveraged expertise in Pandas and Pydantic to design robust data pipelines, and preferred hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel for advanced workflow automation.
  • Build user interfaces using modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, , , Flask).
  • Implement and maintain machine learning models and analytics solutions in production, with attention to monitoring, data/model drift, and observability.
  • Own deployment processes using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Integrate solutions with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and develop/consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, focusing on scalability and microservices architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, responsible AI, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies in AI, analytics, and software engineering.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles (design patterns, data structures).
  • Expert programming skills in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (LangChain, FastMCP)
  • Experience in developing and deploying production-ready data pipelines (ETL/ELT), including DataOps practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), MLOps/DevOps tools, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using modern web development frameworks and building APIs (e.g., FastAPI, , React, ).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for data and AI, with an understanding of security, privacy, and responsible AI (fairness, explainability).
  • Experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), documentation, and collaboration tools.
