Our client, a globally recognized freight forwarding and logistics leader, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and strengthen market presence across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Warehousing, and integrated logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Business Development/Sales team to meet revenue, volume, and profitability goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding key accounts and market share.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align strategies and support corporate objectives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, drive service improvements, and champion best practices for continuous growth.
  • Mentor team members, provide market insights, and contribute to annual business planning and product value propositions.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Ocean & Air Freight, Warehousing, and logistics operations.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable, with a strong hunter mindset.
