About the Opportunity

Tait Communications is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Sales Director, Asia Pacific, to shape and execute sales strategies across Singapore and the broader Asia region. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales and channel team.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong knowledge of logistics and distribution management in Asia and a solid commercial background. You will play a key role in driving growth across our enterprise portfolio by identifying, engaging, and onboarding distributors throughout Asia, while ensuring optimal stock and product availability at each distribution location to meet market demand and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Market Development

  • Drive enterprise sales across Asia, achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Marketing team to deliver targeted industry campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Global VP of Enterprise Marketing & Business Development to measure and track Enterprise KPIs in Asia.

Distributor Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors in targeted countries across Asia.

Build strong relationships with distribution partners to ensure alignment and performance.

Develop and implement training plans for distributors to ensure capability metrics are met.

Manage sales performance of distribution partners to meet regional sales goals 

Logistics & Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor stock levels and product availability at local distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with CSR teams to optimize distribution and inventory management.

Commercial & Strategic Planning

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management, including both the Director of Sales, Asia Pacific and Global VP of Enterprise Marketing and Business Development

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support regional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

About You

To excel in this role,

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years in enterprise sales, preferably in radio communication, technology or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in distributor management and regional sales growth.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of logistics and distribution networks in Asia.
  • Familiarity with commercial and financial principles.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
