  1. Retail Supervisor (Aircon products)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical or aircon products

  • Prior experience in team supervision or outlet management is a strong advantage

  • Passionate about customer service and achieving sales goals

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily retail operations across assigned Midea store(s)

  • Lead and motivate a team of promoters to achieve sales targets

  • Promote and sell Midea air-conditioning products to walk-in customers

  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

  • Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays

  • Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and basic reporting

  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends

  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

  1. Promoter

Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in selling consumer electronics or household appliances products.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is often required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.​

  • Able to commit to retail hours including weekends/public holidays.

  • Participate in ad-hoc duties or roadshow when required.

Job scopes:

  • Actively promote Midea's home appliances to customers

  • Approach and interact with walk-in customers, providing information about product features and benefits to encourage purchases.​

  • Manage to achieve monthly sales target

  • Set up and maintain attractive product displays to draw customer attention.

  • Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and maintain a positive brand image.
