The role: Solutions Architect (APAC)

This position requires deep technical expertise to design and articulate tailored solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent technical, sales, and client-handling skills, coupled with a talent for active listening and creative problem-solving.

To note: Travelling is required for the role.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to qualify technical needs and design custom solutions. Partner with sales and teams to advance deals, validating solutions with POCs. Present complex solutions to all levels, including executives, and promote the platform at events. Identify areas for enhancement and provide feedback the teams.

To have:

Expertise in NoSQL and MPP databases. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in Linux. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as you will be working closely with clients in Indonesia and across the APAC market.
