Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cobo, you will play a high-impact role driving Cobo's pipeline growth across APAC. You will be responsible for managing and qualifying institutional leads, with a primary focus on high-quality inbound opportunities and strategic outbound efforts to penetrate key target accounts in the digital asset space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound Focus: Act as the first point of contact for high-priority inbound leads, ensuring rapid response and rigorous qualification (discovery calls, needs assessments).
- Strategic Outbound: Conduct targeted, personalized multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to source new institutional opportunities within defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Pipeline Generation: Nurture prospects and effectively schedule qualified meetings/demos for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Market Engagement: Participate in industry events and conferences for lead generation and networking.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records and activity logs in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven success in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in Fintech, Digital Assets/Crypto, or B2B SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and qualification skills (discovery/needs assessment)
- Goal-driven, resilient, and proficient with CRM tools
