Job Responsibilities

  • Lead PR communication, including managing public sentiment, preparing official statements, and ensuring external messaging aligns with brand standards.
  • Monitor public opinion trends, identify risks, and execute communication strategies.
  • Manage and grow online community and social media accounts (X / Telegram / Discord / LINE/ ..).
  • Plan and execute content calendars, community events, AMA sessions, engagement campaigns, and announcements.
  • Maintain platform governance, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a healthy, positive user environment.
  • Execute tiered crisis response playbooks (assessment → messaging → cross-team alignment → multi-channel rollout → review).
  • Control narrative direction, address misinformation, and ensure consistent communication across PR, Brand, Legal, and internal teams.
  • Produce incident summaries, post-mortems and improvement proposals.
  • Track community sentiment, engagement metrics, and public opinion trends.

Job Requirements

  • Leading experience in PR, media relations, community operations, social media management, or communication roles.
  • Proven ability to lead public communication, manage online narratives, and handle sensitive situations.
  • Familiar with X, Telegram, Discord, LINE — including platform rules, user behaviors, channel setup, and moderation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Strong risk awareness, able to identify potential public sentiment issues and manage communication boundaries.
  • Data-driven mindset to evaluate engagement, growth, and sentiment metrics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading PR crisis communication, negative-sentiment handling, or public opinion management.
  • Experience operating social media accounts with large audiences, or managing community growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with Web3 / crypto communities is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
