Job Scope:

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing & sanitary works across assigned project sites.
  • Review design drawings and technical specifications while coordinating closely with consultants, architects, and clients to clarify project requirements.
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet design intent and statutory standards.
  • Prepare technical submissions such as shop drawings, method statements, and documentation required for authority or client approval.
  • Perform regular site inspections to verify that all P&S installations are completed according to approved drawings and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress updates, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
  • Track work progress, monitor project costs, and support timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and ensure adherence to company safety practices.

Job Requirement:

  • Experience in plumbing & sanitary works or M&E project coordination is an added advantage.
