PROJECT ENGINEER X 3 - BMS / ELV / WOODLANDS / 5 DAYS

BASIC SALARY : $4000-$4800

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project management related activities which include attend work site meetings, job coordination, system designs etc.
  • Ensure timely completion of all the assigned projects particularly the T&C schedules.
  • Plan and develop the project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop efficient mechanisms to track the project progression in the field and update the schedules regularly to ensure that the activities are progressed within the schedules timelines.
  • Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, documentation, testing & commissioning (T&C) for ELV and security systems.
  • Responsible for all work site activities such as coordination and supervision works related to engineering works and systems design.
  • Co-ordinate and work closely with the external parties and customers to plan, organize and execute the project related activities.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) / relevant studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems e.g. PA system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling & etc.
  • Familiar with BIM (Navisworks) and/or AutoCAD.

PROJECT ENGINEER X 2 VACANCIES - SECURITY / INSPECTION EQUIPMENT / JURONG EAST / 5 DAYS

BASIC SALARY : $3800-$4300 (NEGOTIABLE)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
  • Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
  • Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
  • Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
  • Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
  • Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary program and budget.
  • Identify and resolve site technical problems.
  • Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
  • Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 -2 year of project management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organization and planning skills.
