Singapore St Pte Ltd Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for a reliable HR Operations Executive to support our internal HR processes and general office coordination. This role focuses mainly on internal documentation, HR-related tasks, and ensuring smooth operational support for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR processes such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including data updates, filing, and document organization.
  • Assist with internal communication and staff coordination matters.
  • Help prepare simple HR-related documents, forms, and administrative reports.
  • Update internal databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide general operational support to the management team and assist with routine administrative tasks.
  • Assist with routine communication tasks, including responding to general queries.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance.
  • Able to begin work immediately or commit longer-term is an advantage.

Salary

  • Negotiable (progressive with commitment period)
  • Performance and attendance bonuses available

Location

5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT.
