Test Automation Engineer

Job Description
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming testing practices through the application of quality processes, advanced automation tools, and modern methodologies.
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end quality engineering function with a strong focus on automation to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity across products and solutions.
You will act as a subject matter expert, driving best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards in automation and quality assurance.
Collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams, managing testing strategies, and contributing to key project decisions will be central to your role.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts to ensure product quality and reliability.
Execute and maintain technical test cases across various environments and applications.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve testing efficiency and overall quality.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to define testing requirements, automation strategies, and quality goals. Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve coverage, scalability, and execution speed.
Manage system defect tracking and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant teams.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices in automation, testing standards, and continuous improvement. Leverage Agentic AI capabilities to accelerate automation design, predictive testing, and intelligent defect analysis.
Participate in reviews, retrospectives, and decision-making processes across teams to drive product excellence.
