Cashier & Customer Service Associate – J&C Bakery

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us: J&C Bakery is a vibrant, customer-focused bakery known for our handcrafted treats and warm service. We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection
  • Operate POS system accurately and handle cash/card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter area
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Support daily opening/closing procedures
  • Assist with packing, labeling, and restocking as needed

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $1,700.00 per month
