What You'll Do

  • Handle counter sales and services for the company's range of products.
  • Assist customers with transactions, queries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Perform account-related services such as customer verification (KYC), deposits, withdrawals, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Manage administrative duties related to counter operations and upkeep of the premise.

Who You Are

  • Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in cashiering or frontline service roles.
  • Must be comfortable handling cash and performing reconciliation duties.
  • Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Willing to work on shifts (including night shifts), weekends, and public holidays according to a rostered schedule.

Additional Details

This role operates on a rostered shift system, which may include night and weekend shifts. Weekly working hours average 41.25 hours , and shift timings will be communicated in advance.
