Summary:
As the SpotOn Trade Manager, your principal mission is to drive Digital Sales , develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and performance of short-term quotations within SPOTON.
Reporting to the Head of Line & Trade, and with alignment with Head of Digital Sales, you will oversee achieving your yearly target in terms of TEU and % of Digitalization. You will follow new developments such as Dynamic Pricing, giving proactive feedback to Head of Lines & Trades in terms of rates recommendations and market dynamics, to push up your performance and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities to Drive SpotOn end to end: Taking full ownership
Pricing & Allocation Management
Define the pricing policy and allocation management for short-term quotations of her/his trade and ensure its implementation
Analyze Lines KPIs and recommendations assisted for all short-term quotations in full coverage of the Line made by the tool in coordination with the Head of Line & Trade
Validate short-term quotations based on the digital commercial strategy and update the system accordingly
Follow up on Dynamic Pricing, giving strategic input to Head of Line & Trade
Communication
Manage and provide support, with her/his team, to Agent's network in optimizing their performance, achieving their commercial targets and promoting the Group digital platform
Structured approach in terms of strategy (pricing, vouchers, nautical miles, etc.) with Digital Sales team in HO, accompany by Head of Digital Sales
Collaborating with other STMs for best practices
Reporting
Report daily/weekly/monthly on short-term pricing performances on the designated services in-line with the budget
Track weekly SpotOn convertible volume and communicate on action plan in-line with the Line & trade direction
Innovation and Continuos Improvement
Define the digital marketing strategy for the Line and identify actions to be implemented locally or in the Line & Trade
Manage customers' segmentation in coordination with GEN Department and local Sales team in view of the transformation ratios' continual improvement
Develop and analyze market studies to identify the evolutions within her/his scope and propose actions
Strong Feedback on product development to HO project team (dynamic pricing, SpotOn as tool, etc.)
