Your Role:
- Research and identify potential healthcare and pharmaceutical clients for business growth.
- Make cold calls, arrange meetings, pitch services, and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and site visits.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to match clients with the best healthcare talent.
- Keep accurate records of business activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields.
- Prior experience in sales, client management, or business development is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Results-driven, committed to meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
