IT Medical Informatics Manager

You'll coordinate and design NGEMR workflows, working closely with hospital teams, end users, and technical partners to make sure systems run smoothly and meet operational needs. The role also manages EMR updates, supports medical informatics operations, and benefits from strong IT operations experience, clear communication, and problem-solving skills.

Description
- Work closely with planning leads to gather and understand NGEMR requirements.
- Lead the planning of NGEMR facility structures by collaborating with the hospital operations team to design effective workflows.
- Organize and run workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and develop suitable NGEMR workflows.
- Handle meeting logistics such as scheduling, booking venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering when needed. Keep filing systems organized, either manually or digitally in a shared drive.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, business, healthcare or a related field
- Postgraduate training in a relevant area is a plus
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT operations
- At least 3 years' experience managing a team
- Experience in IT project management is preferred
- Experience with clinical systems implementation is an advantage
