Time: Monday - Friday (9am to 6.30pm)

Location: Kaki Bukit Avenue 1

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations.
  • Handle the full sales order process, including preparing quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries professionally, providing effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external customer contacts.
  • Coordinate projects and support the lead manager, ensuring timelines and agreed plans are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of reports and tender documents.
  • Participate in frequent product training sessions (online/offline) arranged by vendors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience in computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Motivated to develop consultative sales skills and contribute to meeting monthly targets.
  • Enjoy engaging and communicating with people while maintaining good rapport with IT business partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
