Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain ICP-MS instruments for trace metal and contamination analysis.
  • Conduct sample preparation, analysis, and data validation in accordance with laboratory protocols.
  • Troubleshoot instrument and analytical issues to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Perform micro-contamination and trace metal testing on semiconductor materials and components.
  • Utilize additional analytical tools such as AAS, XRF, FTIR, ICP-OES, and HPLC as required.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and documentation requirements (REACH, ISO 17025, RoHS).
  • Collaborate with process and quality engineers to support contamination control investigations.
  • Prepare and review analytical reports, maintaining accuracy and traceability of results.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior analysts where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry or General Chemistry.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with ICP-MS analytical tools.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor-standard ICP-MS operation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in micro-contamination and trace metal analysis in semiconductor processes.
  • Proficiency in using AAS, XRF, FTIR, ICP-OES, and HPLC instruments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and documentation standards (REACH, ISO 17025, RoHS).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
