Central Region, Singapore Advancer Global Facility Pte. Ltd. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day estate/building operations to ensure they are efficiently managed and well maintained
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate site staff, service providers, and contractors to maintain smooth operations
  • Review and manage contracts, agreements, and insurance policies; recommend renewals or initiate tender processes as required
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and building regulations
  • Prepare and assist in conducting Council meetings, AGMs, and sub-committee sessions
  • Handle other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in a condominium or residential environment
  • Degree or Diploma in Facilities/Building Management or related field
  • Prior experience in MCST management or managing agent (MA) functions is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the BMSM Act and relevant regulations
  • Independent and mature with proven leadership capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Location: islandwide
