Requirements:

  • Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of production planning experience advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MRP (LN) system is preferred.
  • Meticulous with Capital equipment project management experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handling frequency of MRP generations, and timely release of Purchase Requisitions.
  • Timely release of Production Order.
  • Following and monitoring material shortages with Purchasing department.
  • Plan and monitoring Production output to meet customer shipment.
  • Co-ordinate between various departments, BDG, Purchasing, QA, Manufacturing and Logistics.
  • Handling Engineering Change Notice and control / manage obsolescence.
  • Develop & manage detailed production plans & schedules for Semiconductor Capital equipment products with various configuration options.
  • Establish action plan to manage Semi/partial build, build reprioritizations, configuration changes and delivery acceleration in meeting customer's request, identify potential risk and implement mitigation plans as required.
  • Monitor and assess capacity and resource constraint, adjust schedules as needed to maximize the output.
  • Monitor & manage work order aging, identify and address overdue work orders to ensure schedule integrity & timely completions of all work orders.
