About the Role

Our client is seeking a Manager, Demand and Supply Planner to join them on a 6–9 month contract (maternity cover). Based in the APAC regional office in Singapore, this role will play a key part in drivingproduct portfolio management across South-East Asia, supporting business growth in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Packaging, in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product portfolio and master data in SAP R/3, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the region.
  • Support regional marketing programs and campaigns in SEA markets to drive brand growth.
  • Collaborate with country teams and global HQ on product launches, packaging, and portfolio planning.
  • Lead project management activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Food & Beverage industries.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management and marketing operations, with SAP R/3 experience a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and delivering results under tight timelines.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean team environment.

  • Duration: 6–9 months (Maternity Cover)
