About the Role

Join a vibrant Corporate Communications team that drives stakeholder engagement through impactful events and programs. This role offers the opportunity to support strategic initiatives, manage event operations, and contribute to digital transformation projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing engagement programs and events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and stakeholder support.
  • Create templates, maintain records, and compile post-event reports.
  • Support digitalization efforts, including automation of event processes.
  • Draft and refresh event-related guides and resources.
  • Manage administrative tasks for engagement platforms and portals.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Business (major in communications, marketing, Events Management or related discipline.
  • Interest in events and data-driven engagement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Prior experience in event coordination is a bonus.
