Singapore CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development

  • Work closely with Department Managers to assess and fulfill staffing requirements

  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related matters

  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal standards and alignment with company practices

  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing

  • Handle additional HR-related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices

  • Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
