What you will be working on:
  • Gather and document requirements, plan and perform user testing activities on grant processing systems
  • Undertake troubleshooting to investigate root causes of errors, and work with IT teams to implement fixes in a timely manner
  • Analyse test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
  • Manage project timelines with other teams (e.g. IT, payments), and surface issues promptly to supervisor
  • Work closely as a team to ensure successful delivery of major Government enterprise grant schemes to achieve national socio-economic objectives
What we are looking for:
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of peer leadership.
  • Comfortable with systems thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, especially ability to explain technical concepts simply yet accurately
  • Tertiary qualification in any field. Exposure to Accountancy, Business Studies, Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics is helpful but not required.
